Customer service was good. Employee was friendly. But the car we got had a issue with the back passenger chair its not locking in place which is a safety hazard since kids were occupying it. Imagine driving hitting the breaks and the chair bending forward. overall, it is a good rent a car company. But the quality and the inconvenience wasn’t pleasent. I have also rang them to ask if they can send someone to fix the issue they said there is no one to support and the only option is for me to drive back another hour to them to maybe get it fixed and i was told as well “try to fix it yourself”. I hope this issue is looked into.

Sixt was yet again brilliant. Got a great, newly new BMW 1 series- easy to drive and economical. The staff at the airport are very welcoming and give perfect, easily understood instructions. We will continue to book our holiday hire cars through Sixt. They have never let us down.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam! Niekompetentna obsługa. Dokonano rezerwacji auta w punkcie obsługi Modlin, pomimo zapewnień o gotówkowej płatności jak się okazało na miejscu w innym europejskim kraju wymagana była płatność kartą wraz z kaucją. Koszt wynajmu auta okazał się ponad dwa razy droższy. Pomimo rozmowy telefonicznej z dokonującym rezerwacji nie uzyskano pomocy-polecono kontakt z obsługą klienta innej firmy.

Don’t take this rental, they are not sending you the contract where tou have all the damages before you rent the car (then it is your fault because you give probably a wrong mail address which is not true because I received the mail with all the damage that I have made during the rental of the car… strange right!). I received a mail with the cost to pay of all damages that I have made on the car (same damages that were already there before my rental and were described in the contract (that I have never received)… you try to call them, no answer or they give you a stupid excuse that the manager is not there… don’t ever rent the car with them, you will be paying more charges even if it is not your fault !!!

Excellent experience. We've used Sixt Modlin a few times now and they've always been very helpful and reliable. Nothing is a problem for them, they're very flexible and friendly. The cars have always been in great condition and we'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!
