Another 1 star review. I booked online. The black lesbian lady told me even though they had cars she wouldn't rent me one, that I have already reserved and paid hour, because of super bowl weekend. Keep in mind Super Bowl is 2 weeks away. Please go to Enterprise down the street. They took great care of me, and was quick.

Worst experience ever. I scheduled a rental at this location and requested to be picked up from the location I was dropping my car off to. Once I give them a call and my car is already dropped off they inform me they don’t have any vehicles. I don’t see why you schedule a rental if you aren’t going to save vehicles for the people who schedule them. I have been stuck at the repair shop for hours now waiting on them to find a vehicle. I don’t usually rent from hertz because they never have anything but now I would never try again. Horrible experiences every time.

Made a reservation and when we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were told since we booked less than 24 hours ago we could only use a credit card despite having more than enough money to cover all deposits and rental fees. This makes no sense! They respond with a generic message with a link that just bring you to their website!? as if I needed more evidence that this company is terrible and does not care about it's customers!

I have tried renting at this location 4 or 5 times and it has never been smooth. Several times I have arrived with a reservation only to be told they have no cars available. Trying to call the location is impossible, they will put you on hold and never pick back up. The one time I did actually manage to pick up a car from here it took over an hour to get.

Communication was terrible. Called the day before to arrange a pick up at 10a. Was sent several text reminders to call HLE when I arrived at the body shop. When I called I was told there were no pick ups scheduled and they would see if a driver was available. After an hour of waiting, I called a Lyft. When I arrived at HLE I was told the drivers weren’t in yet. Someone should have just called back and said that instead of wasting my time.

They are also very slow. I was here for almost an hour for a rental that was scheduled via insurance four days prior. And they did have vehicles available.

Pre-paid for a rental and completed online check-in only to be called two hours before my reservation and told no vehicles available. What is the point of pre-paying? If it really matters that you get a rental (that you paid for) don’t rent from Hertz.

If I could give this location “0” stars I would. I rented a truck in advance only to arrive at the office to be told one wasn’t available!! Plans ruined! No accountability, unprofessional, trashy, and careless. Adonis Henry is a poor manager. He wouldn’t come out and speak with me. Do NOT give HERTZ your business EVER! More less the location at 6868 Florida Blvd needs to be shut down immediately!

Going online to reserve a vehicle is easy. Getting to the facility to receive the vehicle is a let down. There also isn't any public bathrooms if you need one. They don't attempt to get you an alternate either.
