I don't understand all of the negative feedback and can only speak for my own experience. Margit was really accommodating throughout the two months I rented a vehicle from her. Yes!!! She wants the car to be clean and full of gas when you return it, but so do all the other rental car companies in the area, which charge up to double the amount.

While she only rents small vehicles, they are ideal for families without children and anyone without dependents. Another advantage of driving a little vehicle is how inexpensive it was to fill it up at the gas station while waiting for my vehicle to arrive in country. Believe me when I say that her prices and customer service are unbeatable.

It was an okay experience. The car was a small Mitsubushi 4 door. Good on gas but cramped if you have more than 4 people. Initial price is only with a VAT form so it actually is quite expensive for what you get, if you don't have a form. ALSO VERY MISLEADING. Would have cost the same for a better condition car from a normal rental place like SIXT.

This has been the worst rental car customer service ever experienced. Not dependable at all. Only open for 30 minutes from 1230 to 1300 to make payment or to get a car. Payments can only be made in cash. Given completely different car than offered. When car was no longer starting, blame was automatically placed on driver and the women working the desk was very disrespectful. She took several days to even contact insurance and the car still does not start after 8 days as she does not want to personally contact roadside assistance.

I love the service from this place. The cars are new, small and not expensive to rent, probably the best place in the near area to rent from. Margit (the owner) is very nice and easy to work with. I was just there today and 8 out of 10 extended their rental agreement.

At first glance this place is amazing!!!! But once you are full force into it you better watch out!!!!! Website advertising is a total scam!!!! Car that I was renting was supposed to be a five seater and it only seated 4 people. Also it was dirty and it had a Hard time shifting. Didn’t have any windshield fluid and the INSPECTION light came on after a few days. Be aware that if you are not a active duty soldier or a family member of one you will pay more then just the price that is advertised. Also she gives no proper receipts. So the cash she gets most likely goes in her pocket. Wonder what the Germany Finanzamt will think off her doing?!
