1 front desk employee on a Friday afternoon. 40 minutes to get to the desk as 3rd in line. No cars ready. An additional and long wait was required to get the car.

The car was given to me relatively dirty. The front window was obviously cleaned with a dirty rag, making it difficult to see the road.

Car return was equally awful. Again there was only one employee, and the airport shuttle “was not available.” If you’re factoring in cost, make sure you add a $10 uber ride or be prepared to walk 2 miles. If you’re planning on getting picked up at the airport after a flight, good luck.

This company does 0 things right.

Intrigue and Vision

I arrived on time for my pick up today unfortunately I had some technical difficulties, but I must say. Leah certainly made the process a whole lot easier and a lot more painless. She’s excellent Customer Service a very sweet young lady. You guys should come down and see her. She’s a sweet young lady with a sweet smile smile oh and by the way, these guys have some very very nice rental cars outside I really hate that I couldn’t get a vehicle today. They are very very nice vehicles. Thanks again. Leah. Have a wonderful day.

I booked Easirent through Priceline. The physical location looks super sketch.

When we got there the lady just seemed blah. We filled out the bulk of the paperwork through our phone. They ask to physically see your insurance information. I have rented multiple cars with other companies and have never been asked to show proof of insurance.

The lady informed us we were “late” and our pickup was at 10 am. Again, i’ve rented cars from other companies and they’ve never mentioned i was late. I actually think Priceline set the time but airlines have delays so I’m confused about being late. She informed us the size of the car we booked was gone and we could either wait for one to be returned or upgrade for $8/day. Most companies would have done a free upgrade.

The toll pass was either $14/day or you had to pay a $25 “transaction fee” for going through tolls. Lots of hidden fees with this place.

The cars are in questionable conditions. I later noticed the tires were cracked and the tread was very worn.

Overall, i wouldnt recommend this place. The customer service is lacking and the cars are trash.

Driver T took bags but did not greet us. Not friendly.
Lady KT was pleasant, friendly and courteous. I appreciate how she asked for insurance information.
Car is beautiful and pristine but tank was not full.

The check in process was extremely slow and there was only one young lady working, who was not personable at all.

She seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the rental process, as it was not clear.

The vehicle we booked was not available and we were offered a vehicle that had hail damage to the body as a replacement. When asked if the rate would drop we were told no. Of course we opted out to getting that vehicle. We were then given the choice of another vehicle that came in but had to be cleaned.

The wait time and whole process was more than an hour. The shuttle driver was the best part of our experience

I recently had the pleasure of using Easirent for a car rental (multiple times), and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, Darren, Malia, and Lauren made the entire process smooth, seamless, and truly enjoyable.

Darren was incredibly helpful and efficient, getting me set up with a vehicle in no time, and Malia’s warm and friendly personality made me feel right at home. Lauren was equally fantastic, providing excellent customer service with a smile. It’s clear these three go above and beyond to ensure their customers have a positive experience.

The car was in great condition, and the entire rental process was stress-free. I highly recommend Easirent ent if you’re looking for top-notch service, great vehicles, and a team of wonderful people who genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!

I was going to leave my comments to myself and speak to customer service like YOU responded to and emailed me to do. Explain to me how I wait for 30 minutes to speak to someone in CUSTOMER SERVICE only to be told they can’t find/do anything and we have to take it up with the employees at the location we rented from and hung up. Absolutely not. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional rental service. I would give zero stars if possible because you can’t even fix the mistake on your end and are giving us the run around. I will NEVER rent from this company again. I expect a response.
