For about 30 years I have rented from a competitor. My experience with Hertz has been so wonderful, I am switching. The cars were clean and maintained well. The environment was clean. The process was swift. Dominique and Gabby run that office so efficiently. I was in and out , even when the office seemed full. They were expert multitaskers and I appreciated that. They were kind and helpful but they kept things moving quickly. They are my kind of people. Dominique was there running the office moving (and apparently also washes) cars by herself. Grace needs to be extended to her because most people would walk off the job unless they owned it.
I will definitely return!

DON'T TRUST HERTZ FOR YOUR RENTALS IF YOU NEED A CAR. I went to the location to get a rental for a funeral and they told me that they had nothing available and were not sure when they would have anything available. They said that they had been waiting for cars since noon. My reservation was for 330 and no one felt the need to call or tell me to set up a reservation somewhere else. They really acted like they didn't care. I'll never rent from them again.

I’ve always booked my rental cars through my credit card travel portal. Never had a problem. This time around it was so bad I could never see myself going back to Hertz ever again. They told me they didn’t have the minivan that I had reserved and I had to pay extra for a more expensive option. When I refused they blamed me for booking through a third party and rudely told me they’d close in 4 minutes and wouldn’t make any accommodation for the inconvenience. They also add random charges to my credit card and it was a hassle trying to get them to explain what the charges were for. Then when I returned the car they shamelessly asked me to give them a 5 star review.
Seems like the other reviews described the same issues with the same staff member. Honestly I don’t understand how they could still stay in business with such poor service.

Horrible customer service! I reserved a car thru Travelocity. I confirmed one day prior with a nice gentleman who assured me the EV and $17/Day rate would be available when I picked up. Dominique, the Manager was quite possibly one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with! The EV car that I had confirmed the day before wasn’t there and she charged me an extra $10/day to upgrade to a vehicle that was available! Terrible customer service! The manager needs schooling on etiquette and customer service.

Parked their rental in their parking lot after hours and it was towed by 8:00 the next morning. The Hertz designated parking spots along the perimeter were full. Only spots open was the large open parking lot. We are charged for towing, have to Uber to go get the rental, lots of wasted time and money. Horrible service. In addition they didn’t have the vehicle we reserved and had to wait for a vehicle to be returned for us to have one, not the class that we reserved of course.

Paid and booked a rental online. And I received a call from hertz two hours before pickup time to tell me that they don’t have the car I reserved. At that point, I was willing to take any car but he simply answered no car is available.
Why would this company take booking and charge my credit card with no car available?
Very disappointing!

I rented the car and car insurance from price line on 11/02/24. When I went to pick up the car, the counter clerk "Dominique" did not talk to me about the insurance. She asked me to sign a paper and told me that, this is about the refund of the deposit. But actually, it was the insurance paper which she signed with me by giving a wrong information. When I saw a extra charge on my bank card, I went to the Hertz office again and asked them about the charge. She showed me the insurance paper and my sign on it. This is totally wrong way to do business. Please refund me $53.98 which was taken by me in a wrong way. I am waiting for your response. Please call me if you need any further information.

This will be my first and last time using Hertz. This isn’t “the customer is always right” situation either, because I can admit when I’m in the wrong. This is about respect and how a customer should be treated. Unfortunately, this location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The associate I dealt with, Dominique Jackson, displayed an extremely poor attitude. She was rude, unprofessional, and lacked the interpersonal skills required for someone in her role as an “associate manager.” If Hertz values its customers and reputation, they should seriously reconsider her employment.

If I hadn’t been required to use Hertz due to insurance purposes, I would have taken my business elsewhere without hesitation. I strongly believe her behavior will cause this location to lose a significant amount of business if left unaddressed.
