John personally attended to all of our advance requests, as well as coordinated all of our last-minute wishes too. Utilizing John’s expertise, we were able to maximize our time in Germany and Austria. His guidance and suggestions ensured that our checklist of must-see venues were visited. We never felt rushed, and John was 100% attentive all throughout our travels with him.

We wanted to visit a location that no other tourist had ever previously requested. Due to its uniqueness, John performed advance research utilizing several local resources. This gives you some idea how much John genuinely cares about all of his guests. Even as a castle tour was ending, John provided such additional context to us that other travelers hovered nearby to hear what he had to say!!

We had the most amazing day with John in Salzburg. I had family visiting from the US and the “Salzburg Day Tour” tour we booked has exceeded our expectations! We were very lucky with the weather and John made it so easy to just enjoy the trip and the whole day because he took care of literally everything. Apart from the city tour with a lot of history facts, he took us to the best places to eat, scenic viewing lookouts and even to nice shopping places. His expertise and knowledge was impressive. But even more outstanding for me and my family was how friendly and entertaining John has been during our trip. This is a very overdue review, but we'd like to share our very good experience with John on a day trip to see various castles in September 2023. It was our last day in Munich and John agreed to pick us up from our hotel early in the morning after we have checked out, and took us to see Neuschwanstein and Linderhof (with leisurely stops at an ancient abbey and a restaurant for lunch), and then dropped us off at the airport in the late afternoon for our flight home. John was more than happy to share his detailed knowledge of the castles and King Ludwig as a historian, which made our day trip so much more than about sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Choose someone else - Expensive scam This company is just about getting money from the customers. John had no compassion what so ever on Covid 19 Situation.
We have booked Private tour for 2020 but couldn't travel due to Covid 19 situation. John didn't want to transfer our deposit to 2021., even knowing that Australian borders are firmly closed and we couldn't travel. We have even offered to book additional day/tour just to keep our deposit. He just said that deposit is non refundable, full stop. Even we have lost our 2020 deposit, We have decided to rebook with John not 1 but 2 private tours for 2021. As Australian borders are still closed we wont be able to travel again this year. I have approached John seeking again for our 2021 deposit to be transferred to 2022 and all he could give me is Euro 175. This is just disgusting and not right after he took Euro 700 from us.
Dear John, We have booked 11 tours in total across our European trip and you are the only one that didn't transfer/credit founds paid. You don't care about your customers and no compassion in this terrible situation we are all in, you should be ashamed. We live in Australia and our borders are still firmly closed to the day. We have rebook out trip for 2022 and will book our Munich tours with someone else.
