His car rental was a good service. They pretty much email you all the details before renting out the car. I was helped by Azza . It was very easy and fast with their services. Got my car in and out within 20 minutes, they also picked me up from where my car was being fixed at.

Second time renting with Midway and they always provide excellent service. Azza was very friendly and efficient. She was thorough in explaining charges and toll fees. Diana is the best! Booked a last min rental car at Midway Hollywood because I had to take my car in for some repairs. I had a leak in the coolant and the Bodyshop couldn’t give me a rough estimate of when it would be done. I initially booked it for 3 days but told her my situation but she let me know I could extend or return earlier on the manager special and she could honor the rates if I were to extend. She was so friendly and kind unlike some of the other people who work at rental car companies (I rent a lot of cars) Long story short my car was done in 1 day and she let me return the rental early & was very accommodating with my time crunch. I will be a returning customer! Thanks Diana
