I've rented a car at this location twice.
I was assisted by the wonderful employee, Nathan, who is a true professional. The entire process took no more than 5 minutes, including the car return. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. I thoroughly enjoyed driving the new BMW X5 and came back to try the Z4.
Thank you, Nathan, for your help, and thank you, Sixt, for the wonderful cars at an affordable price.

I use this location on a regular basis and everyone is very professional and friendly. They understand customer service. The vehicles are always clean and ready to go. This last time Todd assisted me and he is great, got me on the road quickly.

First when I went to get the car that I had reserved, they didn't have that car available so they made me take a more expensive car and I had to pay an extra $50 dollar fee.

Second, I wanted to give the car back at a time Sixt was closed, they don't have the drop off key box, so I was informed that I could park there, as long as I don't use the car again it would be no problem, and I could give the car back the next day when they open. They made me pay for the parking, which doesn't make sense, since the cars will be there even after I have already returned.

Summarize, I cannot trust them anymore. I come to the USA often and rent a car quite often as well, I would prefer to choose another company next time.

One thing to note, if you book online after their business hours, your rental car may or may not be available at the specific time you request for that day (if you reserve for 9am pickup, may not be available until 2pm that day).

Visiting from Atlanta, Georgia, I've rented multiple times from the downtown Long Beach location, and Nick always goes above and beyond.
