Made a reservation on priceline. Got there to find they didnt hold my reservation. They offered me a BMW at a higher rate. Called when i got there to be let in to the parking structure when returning tye vehicle. Anthony the manager didnt let me in. Waited 30 mins. He never came out. When i checked out the lady said there was a smudge on the front bumper but it was no problem and i wouldnt be charged. A week later received an email that they want my auto insurance for damages. I called customer service and denied any damages. I only had the car 4 days. Now i received a bill for 731.00 dollars for a smudge. Was on the phone with customer service again today. This place is scamming people. How does it have 4 stars when there is so many 1 star complaints. Will report to the BBB tomorrow if they dont drop the charges. Recommend everyone here complaining to file with the BBB. Customer service did not give me corporate contact to file a complaint. Buyer beware. Imagine being charged 731 dollars for a smudge. You cant inspect inside the garage when its so dark.

The progress of pickup was smooth and the front desk was efficient and nice. But the parking lot is so dark(it is an interior parking lot) that we could not spot the car had so many unmarked minor scratches UNTIL WE DROVE IT ONTO STREET. But the return location LAX taken those seriously by sending emails by their damage department.(pretty sure there’s no add on during my rental) After a few emails after we provided all the photo records of the car, they finally decide not to charge on it. I HOPE PASADENA LOCATION COULD TAKING serious of their vehicle status and proceed same standard as other locations. Thanks

This rental should change the wording in their agreement and be more clear and specific especially when it comes to renting for tourists with foreign DL and DOMESTIC which in this case means AMERICAN debit cards.
Rental terms are not clear and specified.
Waisted time and nervs at this particular location with absolute 0 customer service and ad hoc flexibility that could be performed/ offered by the staff including manager Jocelyn who failed to provide satisfactory customer service. When we asked her to provide her full name she was rude enough and rushed out of the room saying she is not obliged to give her full name. So not professional.
They were simply repeating the same things over and over on autopilot.
We ended up canceling and leaving the office without car. No other choices were left for us.
BTW paying parking fee $8 for the time waisted there was another frustration.
They do not even offer a free parking for their customers!!!
Rediculous.

The manager Jocelyn is incompetent. The contract sent to me is worded wrongly the rules are different at the counter. Strongly unsatisfied and wasted an hour and a half and they did absolutely nothing to help, did not even validate the parking tixket. At sixt customer is always wrong. My first bad review of my life …

I had a great experience with Tyler. He has a cool and professional demeanor and made sure I had the best price. As a company Sixt has less extra charges and upsells. I'll be back for sure.

The worst car rental experience I ever had!
Extremely unprofessional!

I used the monthly subscription service, I paid for a BMW 2 series However, when I went to pick it up they gave ma a VW jetta as it was the only option they have!.
One week later they asked me to com pick a 3 series then 2 weeks later they required me to return the car and get a different one.
I had the car for 4 months and on my last day, I called them and sayid I will return the car after work around 4pm and they said sounds good!! After returning the car, they said the subscription was automatically renewed for a whole month at 2pm !!! And there is nothing they can do!
I have to deal with a very rude customer service and wasted many hours to dispute the charge and request a refund

2 weeks after I returned the car I keep getting every other day an email saying that they have discovered a new tiny scratch on the body of the car! Even though they checked the car on the return date
Not sure how I can be responsible for a scratch that was discovered 2 weeks after I returned the car

Extremely frustrating, unprofessional and pleasant service!!

I will never use their services again
