Habe Auto (Mercedes Vito) zurück gebracht aber keiner von sixt war in der Garage. Daher Rückgabe am Schalter.
"Alles Ok" wurde mir versichert. Heute bekomme ich eine Abbuchung auf meiner Kreditkarte über >5000 zlt wegen eines angeblichen Schadens im Innenraum. Würde definitiv nicht von mir verursacht, aber egal.

Der wird auch trotz "full insurance" ohne Selbstbehalt nicht bezahlt. Innenraum ist nicht dabei, nur äußerer Schaden.

Auf Rückfrage bei Sixt PL heißt es: sie können nichts machen.

Nie wieder!!! Aufpassen - Diebe!!!

Absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
Öffnungszeiten 9:00-17:00. Um 15:45 war der Schalter verlassen und finster, als wäre seit Stunden kein Mitarbeiter anwesend gewesen.
Per Telefon anfangs auch niemand erreichbar, da bei den Sixt Parkplätzen kein Platz verfügbar war. Deshalb wurden wir an die Abgabestelle im Intercontinental Hotel verwiesen. Das war mit einem Zeitaufwand von 30min verbunden.
1 Stern weil 0 Sterne nicht möglich sind und der Mitarbeiter am Telefon freundlich war

Unterirdisch schlechte Sixt Station, bei Abholung hab ich schon 45min auf einen Mitarbeiter gewartet, bei Rückgabe wieder genau das Gleiche…am Telefon ist auch niemand erreichbar. Vermeidet diese Station!

Scam of the century.

My sister and I took our families here. We both rented cars a week after we got back to the US. We received emails that our vehicles had minor paint scuffs and they charged us $600 each to repair. This place routinely charges people for the most minor wear and tear that would typically happen in a 2-week rental. While the rates at other places might be a bit higher at the end, it ends up being way cheaper.

Be very careful when picking up the car. The staff at the airport misrepresented the car choice. After indicating a car was in the same class as the one originally selected, they unknowingly added an “upgrade” into the middle of the terms and conditions, and then said the document was simply about insurance choices. A good example of the importance of reading any document closely, as Sixt may try to use unscrupulous business practices to con you out of your money.

AVOID RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE!! When I arrived at the airport, I was informed that I had to purchase their insurance to rent the car, even though I already had coverage through my credit card and had prepaid for the rental online. They refused to let me rent the car without their insurance and directed me to call their office for returns. Since it was late, I reluctantly bought the extra insurance.

Upon returning the car, I received an email five days later claiming I had damaged the vehicle, despite no issues when I dropped it off. They sent pictures of a heavily damaged car, which was not the condition I left it in, and charged me $1,000. Resolving this issue took over a month and they were terrible to deal with. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!! If you rent from here, ensure to take detailed photos and videos of the car before and after, and make sure a staff member inspects it with you upon return for proof. If not, this company will scam you!!!!

AWFUL AND NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE

I am a Platinum account member and booked for a car via my account. An autoreply message was received saying they were working on my request. All well and good, I thought.

However, they CANCELLED my booking without informing me. No courtesy or decency to inform by email on the cancellation. I only realised it by chance as I was checking on the status of my booking.

Had to make another booking and this time they sent me to a location 9km away despite having two other locations and within walking distance from where I am staying.

Been so stressful....not had this kind of experience when using Sixt elsewhere but my Sixt experience is Warsaw is AWFUL AND NEGATIVE.

Ps. They do not even deserve One star

As always best car rental company . Good staff. Helpful. Had an issue with the car and the issue was resolved without any problems. Will definitely rent again and highly recommend!!!
